This should take only a few minutes - but is an important first stage in the "One-bun" technique.
Now, using your list of key-words (which you prepared earlier), write each point in one of the spaces in the right hand column.
If you have only 7 key-words, use only the first 7 slots. Do not leave empty spaces.
If it is important that the key-words occur in a particular order, make sure that you write them consecutively.
If it is not important to keep the key-words in order, you can slot them into any of the available slots - but remember not to leave empty spaces. |

EXAMPLE
Suppose you need to learn the names of the 10 women shown below.
First - you write them in the spaces alongside the number-rhymes.
Then you form associations between the key-words (in this example, famous women)
and their position on the list using the rhyming item as an extra memory aid.

Start by reciting "One-bun...." and let the association spring to mind.
Easy, isn't it?
