What is Brainboxx? Brainboxx is a free-to-access website containing a wealth of information that will be useful to teachers, trainers and all those who are interested in learning and teaching, including parents and children. As well as clearly-written and well-presented pages about a diverse range of educational issues, you will also find a growing collection of resource materials. It is intended that Brainboxx becomes a first-point-of-call for anyone seeking to find out about the theory and practice of innovative learning & teaching.
|
Who is it for? Brainboxx is intended primarily for teachers and trainers (primary, secondary and the Lifelong Learning sector), particularly (but not necessarily) those in UK schools. There are sections that will be of interest to parents and sections specifically intended to be accessed by children, usually (but not necessarily) under the direction of a teacher. There are sections that will aid adult students as well as lots of useful stuff for teachers and trainers. The entire site is written in a way that makes it easy to read and understand.

Who produces Brainboxx? Brainboxx is designed and written by John Fewings, an inspirational Teaching & Learning trainer & consultant with over 40 years successful experience as a teacher, trainer and learning consultant. Many of the resources on the site have been developed in response to specific needs expressed by John's fellow professionals - and much of the site's contents reflect John's enthusiastic and creative approach to making learning exciting, rewarding and fun.
