There is more than one solution but in the end Lee and Chris agreed on the following.

Pat had lost 22 marbles when they were playing so Pat would get the first 22 marbles.

Chris had lost 10 marbles so would get the next 10 marbles.

That left 39 marbles which they would share out evenly, getting another 13 each.
