Starting with a circular piece of paper (you could draw round a plate or a saucer) the challenge is to fold it so that you have an equilateral triangle.  (An equilateral triangle has all three sides equal in length.)  You must not cut or tear the paper (although you will need to fold it).  You cannot use any equipment of any kind to measure the paper.
