Farmer Bramley's orchard contains 16 trees, evenly spaced as in the diagram. At apple-picking time, he needs to divide the orchard into separate sections. Can you help him divide the orchard into 4 sections, 3 of them containing 5 trees each and the fourth section containing just one tree.
Farmer Bramley has 9 lengths of fence that he uses to divide the orchard. Each is exactly the length of one of the sides of the squares shown in the diagram. You can only use 9 pieces of fence - and you must use all 9 pieces.
THE SMALL PRINT: Each piece of fence must have both ends attached to another piece of fence or to the edges of the orchard. You cannot have pieces of fence just standing alone or with a loose end.
