You will need a reel of tape (or something similar) and a piece of string (about 40 cm long). Double the string over and thread the loop through the reel. Now pass the loose ends through the loop. Ask a friend to hold the loose ends.
Your challenge is to remove the reel from the string - without your friend letting go of the string (and without squeezing your friend though the reel of tape!)
